Motherboard...

That's what the Indian guy from Dell said the problem is with my computer. 

I have no idea what that means, but they are fixing it this evening. Which is good, I guess. I just hope I don't lose everything on my computer. I don't even remember what a motherboard is. I remember learning the term in college. Guess it didn't stick very well!!!
