I grew up living hours from relatives, so traveling is in my blood! As soon as I got my license I took trips to visit family and friends, mostly in the eastern part of the country.
In 2004, when I was 19, I lived in Europe for 4 months as part of my college experience. It was an amazing semester and I look back on it frequently. During my time there, I lived in Austria and visited Germany, Liechtenstein, France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, England, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. In 2005, I lived in Virginia for the summer and then in 2006 moved to Massachusetts for a year. I have been on other road trips to Florida and Louisiana and another mission trip on the Mexico/Texas line. In 2008, I was able to visit Belize for two weeks while on a mission trip. My brother and I drove from Ohio to Washington state in the late summer of 2009...oh, how I love traveling!
One of my life goals is to visit all 50 states by the time I turn 50. As of this writing, I have been to 41 of the 50 states, missing Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Arizona, Nevada and Arkansas.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Comments warmly welcomed! :-)
